What is a tray roller kit?
Tray Roller Kit contains the appropriate pickup / feed rollers and/or separation pads, to eliminate the most common paper tray misfeeds, paper jams and multiple sheet feeds. Most of the more common paper feed problems, misfeeds and jams are caused by worn paper tray pickup/feed rollers and pads.

When and why should I replace my rollers?
Some printers or copiers are equipped with a scan counter that automatically counts how many times the machine has scanned or printed. After approximately 100,000* scans, you may need to replace the Roller Kit. In particular, look for visible damage or signs of wear. Signs of worn out rollers include streaking, squealing and jamming. Another clue to check is when the rubber surface has gone from rough to smooth. Smooth rubber in rollers mean it's time to replace it!

Can I replace the rollers myself?
Yes! Most, if not all, printers and copiers have a fairly easy way of replacing the tray roller kit. No special tools required! The rollers are usually just slide out and clip in.
