| Description | One of the main elements of the 2nd BTR Assy node is the transfer roller. It is a rubberised shaft covered with a conductive layer. The unit has a shaft cleaning system, its own mining bin and a mechanical part for shaft lifting. Over time, the shaft may wear out, stripes and “cuts” appear from the sharp edges of the sheets, the shaft cleaning system may also not work correctly, which in turn leads to its rapid wear. Defects on the roller will also be visible on the final print. In addition, the conductive properties of the shaft may decrease, and the output print will be pale. |
